This beautiful weekend retreat allows nature to be your sanctuary. Join us while we honor the change of season, connect with nature all while we practice sound healing, soulful movement and heart opening practices. A chance to get away for two nights in a beautiful cabin nearing the Catskills. Guests will check in Friday and join in the welcome ritual, with Saturday being a full day of connection and practice. Sunday we will close out our time together at the retreat center with the option to join us for a special visit into town. Our small day and weekend immersions are created for those craving a deep but spacious reset who might not be able to join us for our large-scale Reclamation Retreat. This is a chance to slow down, breathe, and tune in to what truly matters.

REFLECTIONS
Nourish and prepare your mind, body and soul for rest.
Reflections is a sacred one day immersion designed to reflect on ways to connect with your soul and prepare for the change of season. As we enter the Winter season, our bodies need to learn proper rest and nourishment. This day will be focused on ayurvedic practices that will bring love and awareness back to your body, and help you integrate them through the upcoming season. We do this through the infusion of ritual, cacao, sound and movement. This is a more intimate offering than our large-scale Reclamation Retreat, created for those craving a deep but spacious reset — a chance to slow down, breathe, and tune in to what truly matters.
Reflections is for ANYONE nready to:
• Learn how to truly step away and rest
• Reconnect with their body’s wisdom through ayurveda and ritual
• Wanting to call in beautiful things for the upcoming months
• Open their hearts learn their truth and truly feel their emotions.

Through soulful movement, healing sound therapy, and heart-opening cacao ceremony, you’ll reconnect to the natural pulse of your body, spirit, and the earth. This is a more intimate offering than our large-scale Reclamation Retreat, created for those craving a deep but spacious reset — a chance to slow down, breathe, and tune in to what truly matters.

• Reconnect with their body’s wisdom through movement
